Today marks a significant milestone in my life – 28 years of marriage to the love of my life, amidst a whirlwind of crazy, smart-assery family memories. As I sit down to reflect on this journey, I can’t help but marvel at the rollercoaster ride we’ve been on – the highs, the lows, and everything in between.

Let me take you on a trip down memory lane, filled with laughter, tears, and a whole lot of sarcasm.
From the moment we said, “I do,” we knew we were in for an adventure. Our marriage has been anything but conventional – fueled by passion, fueled by arguments, and fueled, let’s be honest, by copious amounts of vodka and Bourbon.
We’ve weathered storms that would have torn others apart – raising kids who could outsmart us on any given day, navigating career changes that left us questioning our sanity, and enduring family gatherings that could rival a sitcom script.
But through it all, there’s been one constant – our unwavering love for each other, wrapped in a blanket of sarcasm and topped with a sprinkle of sass. Because let’s face it, what’s a marriage without a healthy dose of banter?
We’ve perfected the art of pushing each other’s buttons – from playful teasing to full-blown debates about the best way to load the dishwasher. (I will die on this hill) And yet, beneath the surface, there’s a deep respect and admiration for the person standing beside me – someone who challenges me, supports me, and yes, occasionally drives me up the wall.
Our journey has been filled with countless memories – from the time I accidentally missed that flight from Vegas, and you are sure to remind me of it before every girl’s trip. To the impromptu road trips as of resent that seem to start in disaster but end up with some good stories.
And then there are the quieter moments – the late-night conversations about life, love, and everything in between, where we lay our hearts bare and find solace in each other’s arms.
So here’s to 28 years of crazy, smart-assery family memories – the good, the bad, and the downright ridiculous. Thank you for being my partner in crime, my sounding board, and my best friend. Here’s to many more years of laughter, love, and unabashed sarcasm.
Yours truly
